“I heard about this “new” fitness class a few months back at my gym, called “Dirt Fitness”. I work out regularly and like to pride myself on keeping up with the latest trends, but I had to admit, I had never heard of, nor had any idea of what “Dirt Fitness”, was. A few trainers had said that if you really wanted to jump start your fitness program or give your current one a shot of adrenaline, this was a class I had to try. I was hooked, or at least I was for one “trial” class.
I showed up early one morning, with water bottle and towel in hand, expecting another so-so aerobic/weight/ resistance class. Boy, was I wrong!

This class started with an incredible, get your heart-pumping warm-up and then never stopped. I remember thinking after only five minutes into the “real” class part that unless I had another shirt in my car, my front seat was surely going to be soaked when I got home. This class was the best of everything that I had ever experienced in separate classes. A weight workout, with only your body weight pushing against you, an aerobic workout with non-stop exercises, and creativity, with new exercises every day. Best part was, this was a workout anyone can do and it only takes about 40 minutes from start to finish. But don’t come to “Dirt” if you want to talk and socialize, because your breath and energy will be used up going through the four exercises, and four rounds before you can even hope to say “hi” to your neighbor.

This class burns calories, makes you lean, gives you boundless energy and makes you look really GOOD in (or out of….) clothes! I love it!”
